All our adult group classes are kept to a maximum of six people per class.

 

Beginner to Intermediate Level - (Darlington / Helena Valley)

Ideal for people who have never played before or are rekindling their tennis after a number of years

Beginners to Intermediate level players - these classes work on the fundamentals of tennis with particular attention to grips, strokes and learning to play in a tennis match environment. On completion of these classes it is intended to make this level of player feel comfortable playing match tennis in a social or competitive format.

 

Beginner to Intermediate Level - (Darlington / Helena Valley)

Ideal for players who are currently playing competition tennis

Intermediate to Advance level players - these classes strengthen the basic techniques but with much more emphasis placed on advanced match play and strategy.

Cardio Tennis - Darlington

Tennis has its own workout. Try Cardio Tennis. Burn calories having fun!

what to bring:

  • Your favourite workout gear
  • A good attitude and the desire to work hard
  • Trainers
  • Water bottle or sports drink

When you arrive for your first Cardio Tennis workout your coach will take your
details and explain how the workout will run. You and up to 10 other people will
experience a fun, high-energy workout focused on constant movement that includes:

  • 10 minute warm-up
  • 40 minute cardio segment
  • 5-10 minute cool-down

There will be upbeat music to motivate you, and low compression balls to make
striking the ball that much easier.
